How can I be sure the artwork I receive is original?
With your purchase, you will receive a certificate of authenticity that includes a QR code. By scanning it, you can verify directly on the Lazzaro Dargento website that your artwork is registered and check its unique serial number. Each piece is also marked with an embossed seal bearing the official Lazzaro Dargento logo, guaranteeing its authenticity.
How long will it take to receive my artwork after purchase?
Once your purchase is confirmed, the artist requires approximately 3 business days to produce and prepare the piece. The UPS shipping service then takes between 6 and 12 days for delivery, depending on the distance and destination country.
Can I purchase more than one artwork in a single order?
Yes. You can purchase multiple artworks in a single order. In fact, it’s an excellent investment strategy, as the shipping cost remains the same whether you buy one or several pieces by Lazzaro Dargento.
If I am in the same country as the artist, can I choose another shipping method?
Yes. If you are in the same country as the artist at the time of your purchase, you have the option to collect the artwork in person directly from the artist’s studio, if you prefer.
